These Terms of Service govern your use of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use, the Business Agreement, or other agreement governing your use of the Services ("Agreement"). In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and your Agreement, the Terms of Service shall prevail. For the purposes of these Terms, "Content" includes "Customer Content."

 

Beta Services

This section governs your use of services or features that Sandac offers on an alpha, preview, early access, or beta basis ("Beta Services"). Beta Services are provided "as-is" to allow for testing and evaluation and are exempt from any indemnification obligations that Sandac may have towards you.

Sandac makes no representations or warranties for the Beta Services, including any warranty that the Beta Services will be generally available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that the Content will be secure or not lost or damaged. Except as prohibited by law, Sandac expressly disclaims all warranties for the Beta Services, including any implied warranties of merchant ability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade.

 

SensAI Assistant

SensAI Assistant can be managed by end-users with administrative privileges ("Administrators"). Administrators will provision and manage the SensAI Assistant Service solely for end-users within their organization (including affiliates) and may be able to: (a) add, remove, and suspend end-user access to SensAI Assistant; (b) access, share, and delete Content; and (c) access records and information about end-users' use of SensAI Assistant. SensAI Assistant customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary consents from end-users to take the actions mentioned above and to enable SensAI to deliver the Services.
